I have mixed feelings about this place. Love driving the Alfa but hate getting it serviced. This dealership did provide good customer services at my last visit, but prior to that they seemed to push problem Alfa but hate getting it serviced. This dealership did provide good customer services at my last visit, but prior to that they seemed to push problems away and not take responsibility. For example, I needed a new battery once and they could not provide me with one (claimed it was sold out). Also, a lot of the electronic issues were never resolved until my last visit (and they were early known Alfa issues). However, they finally took responsibility and fixed my car under warranty. That is the reason for my three stars and not the one I originally wanted to give. At least the dealership is trying now. But driving the Alfa is such a nice experience. More

There is no comparison between Santa Monica Maserati and other local luxury brand service departments. They've been servicing my Gran Turismo for two and a half years and I've gotten the royal treatment eve other local luxury brand service departments. Even with last minute appointments the drop off process is quick and seamless; often with my loaner vehicle already waiting for me. More
