James went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. A battery change caused a key service light to come on. James had the battery in my key fob changed for no charge and had a master tech stop what he A battery change caused a key service light to come on. James had the battery in my key fob changed for no charge and had a master tech stop what he was doing to run a diagnostic and fix the issue. He is passionate about the Nissan/Infiniti brand and it shows. I will absolutely be back as long as James is running the service dept! More
