After having dealings with this dealership for a number of years now, I've finally ran into a bit of doubt with it's service dept. But i hate Ray Skillman Buick. Tried buying from them in 2013 and it didn of years now, I've finally ran into a bit of doubt with it's service dept. But i hate Ray Skillman Buick. Tried buying from them in 2013 and it didn't work out. My last car has stayed with Ed Martin service dept for a month and as yet, the problem has not been solved. Now keep in mind that all this is after i have paid them $4959.28 for supposedly (3) converters that went out at the same time! I'll always have the thought that something were kept hidden from me. None-the-less i finally traded the car back to them with little hassle because i dictated my final price. The dealership gets a 3 star rating for me, whereas on the sales person that i dealt with was superb! He exibited total professionalism and if i ever buy another buick, i shall seek him out if he is still selling cars! Well Done Jonny Goldfinger! More
