Atmosphere was very pleasant, staff very very friendly, i went in to have my 2018 XTS serviced and Kasey suggested i meet and talk with Chris in sales while i waited, Chris displayed knowledge of the vehicle went in to have my 2018 XTS serviced and Kasey suggested i meet and talk with Chris in sales while i waited, Chris displayed knowledge of the vehicles on the lot, he was very courteous to my wife and out mini Yorke. We were not necessarily planning to make a purchase this month but was going to in the next couple, he was so accommodating and friendly that my wife was like lets do it, so we did. More

Once again Casey went overboard to service my CTS4. My screen cracked from severe heat here in Florida.. Casey must have a magic wand.
