As I live in the greater St. Louis area, we were visiting our daughter who lives in Smithville. On a whim, the wife and I decided to go car shopping. I've only had my truck for 11 days before the check engine light comes on. Call the dealership and I scheduled a day for them to look at it, but they could not see it until 5 days after my call. In the engine light comes on. Call the dealership and I scheduled a day for them to look at it, but they could not see it until 5 days after my call. In the meantime, I went to AutoZone and had them do a diagnostic test. The results were P0131 & P1450. Looks like they sold me a vehicle that had these existing issues and figured out a way to get the "check engine light" not to come on for a few days. Paid almost 19K cash and my wife and I are very disappointed. If a thorough check of this truck was done properly, no need for this message. I will be calling the salesman and GM if needed to get this rectified. Lastly, the reason why i went to AutoZone for the diagnostic was because I was told it would cost $120 just to look at the truck I just bought a few days prior to this conversation. So I'm surely not satisfied! More

The dealership manager is a disrespectful and tries to cheat veterans and take advantage of customers by adding xtra after the deal is made with the salesman. Salesman wasn't very helpful or knowledgeable about the car.seemed more worried about smoking his next cigarette. Tried to put 87 octane in a 91 octane minimum car. Bought the car anyways as I could not find one similar within a 6 hour drive. Was told to drop car off for a full detail and the cheap ceramic coating dealerships offer. Picked up car with product over sprayed on windows and wheels (also chipped a wheel). And the interior was not detailed as promised. I refuse to let them touch the car any further. Only enjoyable experience was dealing with the David the finance guy. More
