I would say it's worst car buying experience I've ever had but I'll go one step further and make it the 4th worst experience of my life and the first 4 are near death! I was just told I need a rear differ had but I'll go one step further and make it the 4th worst experience of my life and the first 4 are near death! I was just told I need a rear differential repair on a vehicle I bought from them 2 weeks ago. I had actually contacted my salesman the next day with concerns but it took two weeks before anyone would look at it! Not only would I never recommend Smithville Ford I would actively try and persuade someone from not buying there. Thanks! More

They are truly in a league of their own when it comes to customer service. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Larry, in particular, was a standout as a salesman. He was understanding and completely low-pressure, making the process feel comfortable and relaxed. Even the finance manager impressed me; instead of pushing for an extended warranty, he focused on securing the best deal for me and ended up getting a lower interest rate than we initially agreed upon, even beating my USAA rate! Given the stories I’ve heard about Blue Springs, it’s clear that the real A-team is here at Smithville. I've purchased six cars across different dealerships (including Rob Sight), and I've never had such a remarkable experience as I did here. Highly recommend! More
