Excellent customer service as always!!!! It is always a pleasure bringing my truck in for service. It starts as soon as I pull up to the car port. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure bringing my truck in for service. It starts as soon as I pull up to the car port. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Once inside Dave and Casey make it a point to make you feel as if you and your vehicle are the only things that are important!!. I have never had a bad experience when coming in for service. I live in Reisterstown and have a Quick Lane about a block and a half away but I insist on driving over 40 minutes (most of the time longer because of the beltway)to White Marsh because of the service!! I say this all the time but I use to work in a hospital and know how important customer service is and Dave and Casey exemplify it.I can never find the persons that worked on my truck but I would also like to thank them. More
