My issue isnt w Michael but rather your system. I have the extended coverage but after numerous calls I was told repeatedly i did not. THe service mgr needed to track down the info. that took qu I have the extended coverage but after numerous calls I was told repeatedly i did not. Then i check the car in and Michael tells me that i wont know what the issue is until tues since he is off monday. MY car simply wouldnt start and now i have to wait until tues to approve work (is needed)? Who can get away with this stupid rule? after complaining to the mgr he said he would call with news. Of course he didnt, so i had to follow up multiple times to hear that they dont see anything wrong with the car. Then to make it even more annoying my extended warranty didnt cover checking on the car. greg was the only one that followed up without me chasing him down More
