His extensive Toyota knowledge base, allowed him to immediately respond to all our questions regarding the vehicle we were considering for purchase. He gave us ample space to make our decision about the purchase without any pressure. Once the decision was made to move forward, he was equally efficient in handling the purchase details and positively handled each of our requests. His personal inspection of the vehicle, before leaving the dealership, identified a needed correction which saved us the hassle of returning at a later date for repair. He paid attention to the small details of the vehicle such as floor mats, owner's manual, etc. during the orientation of the vehicle he gave us before driving away.
