While waiting I was handed an ad for a CX5 promotion and asked if I would like to talk to someone. I said yes. He asked me a lot of questions about my current lease. I didn’t remember the details from 2 and asked if I would like to talk to someone. I said yes. He asked me a lot of questions about my current lease. I didn’t remember the details from 2024. He left to get a manager who sits down and proceeds to tell me to come back when I’m six months from the end of the lease. I went and sat in the open area with the atV and seven other people one of which was talking on his phone so loud I couldn’t hear the TV or concentrate trying to read texts on my phone. Everyone there was rolling their eyes and staring at him. I approached a sales person and he heard him talking on his phone and I asked if he could ask the gentleman to stop or go to another area and the salesperson told me the guy had every right to talk on his phone. I asked about my rights to be able to hear the TV that you offer and the rights of all the other customers. He said he would tell the guy that I would like him to go outside to talk. I was appalled and saiid no that he should tell the guy to be respectful of the other customers. I walked away. For those two reasons I will not be returning to Mazda Fort Myers or turn Mr car in there next April 2027 with only 4000 miles on it. More
