Would recommend you go through Cassidy for all your service needs. I recently had a disappointing experience purchasing a used cx5. After several attempts to purchase it finally got to test drive my vehicle. Purchased and went home only to discover spare tire flat. Drove back same day and since air pumps were turned off my salesperson suggested I go to wawa.. Next morning Cassidy, herself filled my tire for me. I've only dealt with Cassidy once before 1 week prior for service on my old mazda and I was impressed then with her genuine caring for her customers. After this morning I will only be scheduling with Cassidy. She exemplifies great customer service!!! Cassidy restored my faith in this dealership.
