I honestly can’t remember how many times I’ve been to Mazda of Fort Myers, but I know that I’ve left many times with something forgotten or done incorrectly. The windshield washer fluid cap was left open Mazda of Fort Myers, but I know that I’ve left many times with something forgotten or done incorrectly. The windshield washer fluid cap was left open, it got caught in the alternator belt, and it ruined my battery. I had to replace it out of my own pocket. The coolant reservoir cap was also left open, and I found antifreeze splashed all over the inside of the hood. I’ve received wrong guidance, recommendations to replace parts that were actually perfectly fine, and despite telling them I was going on a long trip and to please check everything, I still found the coolant level below the low mark. I noticed it by chance and filled it myself. Although the staff are friendly and polite, this level of carelessness and lack of attention is not what I expect from a high‑end car brand’s own service center. I’m just glad I managed to get my car out of their service without any serious damage. Thank you. More
