I came to Honda North on Saturday 3/18 looking to test drive some vehicles. When I came in the dealership was very busy. I met Cassie at the reception desk. I told her I would like to test drive some c drive some vehicles. When I came in the dealership was very busy. I met Cassie at the reception desk. I told her I would like to test drive some cars. She said, I can help you. I explained what I wanted and how I've had my car for a long time. Cassie was so nice. She explain the difference between the cars I was interested in and we got right to work. I test drove three cars that day. Cassie was very patient and took really good care of me. After seven hours I bought an car from her, I have to say, I had the best experience with Cassie and her Sales Manager Steve and the Business Manager, Stephanie Killian. My over all experience was excellent. The Sales Manager, Steve even let me bring the car home to show my fiance' the car. I have never been to a Honda dealer before and everyone in Honda North is top Notch! I didn't buy a Honda, but I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. I will definitely tell family and friends about Honda North. Cassie is the Best! Go see her! More

Not only that, she expedited the plates and ensured even on a holiday I was able to drive the vehicle off the lot. She was flexable with her schedule and stayed late, ensuring I could pick up keys same day. She went above and beyond and followed up later.
