I came in thinking about my dream car and Cassie and Rudy made it become possible. She was so kind as she greeted me in the parking lot. Cassie was incredibly helpful finding the perfect vehicle for me and my budget. From the minute I got there and knew what I wanted she was instantly able to work with me and find a vehicle that was already o for me and my budget. I was planning to visit 3 dealerships to look at cars I wanted. I chose to visit Gladstone Toyota first, because of Cassie’s friendliness on the phone. She was prompt answering my questions and sent me inf wanted. I chose to visit Gladstone Toyota first, because of Cassie’s friendliness on the phone. She was prompt answering my questions and sent me information about the vehicle quickly. Once there, I didn’t feel pressured into accepting a deal I didn’t want. I felt like she cared about me and was trying to help us get the deal we wanted. She’s has great people skills and is an asset to this dealership. She has a fun personality. I usually dread buying cars, but I left Gladstone feeling good about my purchase. I also really liked working with Momo. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and has a fun sense of humor. He took the time to do some extra math to show me the difference between leasing/ buying & just buying, so we were able to make an informed decision. We never went to the other 2 dealerships, because we got a good deal and were treated with respect and not just a sale. We will go to Gladstone again. I highly recommend Cassie & Momo. More
