I adore the team of people who helped with my sale! This was the most positive car buying experience of my life, and I consider the team my friends. Raul, Cassie, Kristin were my core team. Today, Gabriela walked me through the features and cell phone connect. Raul started the sales process over the phone. He was prompt, courteous, responded to texts at night. I was in no rush to purchase and estimated it would take me a month to find a model and price that suited me. Amazingly, Raul and I had our first conversation on Tuesday and I drove home in my new car on Friday. Raul is knowledgable, courteous, kind, and never pressured me. (When I feel pressured to buy, I go someplace else.) Raul is an excellent front line for Toyota. Cassie led me through the process once I was on site. She is knowledgable, courteous, friendly and ensured that I always knew what was happening in the process as well as what was next. We also had great conversation while we were awaiting next steps. I never felt "alone". She also coordinated to ensure minimal wait time on another day when I was coming back to meet with Kristin. We spoke several times. She is an asset to Toyota. Kristin and I also hit it off right away. She walked me through the service options, answered my many questions, gave me time to consider options, and, also because of her patience and low pressure, I purchased multiple warranties/services, which I had never done on any previous purchases in my life. Gabriela is an expert at walking through car features. Methodical, knowledgable, patient (when the app was having issues). She also committed to following up on a gas mileage question (I am only getting 33 to 34 instead of 41/38). I felt like she really cared and plans to follow up. We had great conversation, she cared about my experience, and is another friend at Toyota. This entire team was outstanding!! More

Cassie M was great. Knew about the cars and was patient showing me around and helping with the test drive. I got a great deal with the car I went in looking to buy. She helped get it set up and answered all my questions. My one off putting experience was with the paper work at the end with someone else, where the processes wasn’t explained clearly and I got stuck into a 60 month payment plan when I was expecting a 48 month. If I would have seen all the numbers and how it was ~$7000 for the extra warranty and chip protect I would not have done it. But it was a learning experience and she worked with me on getting it “resolved” ( they can’t take off the 60 month payments so I have to pay it off “early”) More
