This dealership service department is terrible. I have been trying to get them to fix my tire since I purchased my car and they keep saying there is nothing wrong even though it lose air. Caston did it again! I said a year and a half ago Caston made me a customer for life. Saturday Caston, Ali, and Rob reassured me we had made the right decision in making I said a year and a half ago Caston made me a customer for life. Saturday Caston, Ali, and Rob reassured me we had made the right decision in making that trip across the state line. Caston was waiting at the door when we walked up. Ali was very attentive and made sure he knew exactly what we were looking for. Rob made the signing process very quick and easy while still making sure we knew what was going on. I asked her how much I needed down. It is Monday night haven't heard from Mary orCaston. Don't recommend this dealership. More
