I worked with Chase in Service Dept. He is personable, professional and knowledgeable. I worked with Catalina and we really liked her. We purchased a 2019 GX 460 on 3/9/21 with about 19,500 miles. Almost as soon as we drove away the Maintenance message came on. The 20,000 service should have been done already before the sale! and paid by Lexus. More
