Appoinment and service Appointment took over 20 min to schedule. Computer froze at selection of date. 3 phone calls and finally answered by Service Dept. Arrive at 1:50 for Appointment took over 20 min to schedule. Computer froze at selection of date. 3 phone calls and finally answered by Service Dept. Arrive at 1:50 for 2:00 appt for State Inspection. Got car at 4:15. Had to inquire at 3:30 or may have never gotten car. Apologized and comp the charge of $18.75 More
