I had a bad experience with Berger about 20 years ago and I swore I would never go back. This time was the best experience I've ever had a dealership and I will be back in 3 years!!!! More

New lease - great experience! Darrel did a great job of listening to what we wanted and presenting the best options. I was amazed and delighted with all the courteous, helpful people there, as i had a dissapointing customer service with Todd Wenzel..Just to inquire about a new vehicle, felt snubbed, and felt like i was a waste of time. Not at Berger...Totally felt as a valued potential customer, and assistance immediately as you walk in the door... I am just completely happy with my purchase. Some follow-up calls to see if there were any things they could answer questions about after i had it 1, 2, 3, weeks.. NO issues, just absolute joy in owning, and driving my new Equinox...
