She is knowledgeable, extremely easy to work with and the best thing she isn't pushy. This is the 1st vehicle I've purchased from her and it is not the last. I had other offers for the same vehicle, but they were pushy about getting me in the vehicle. This is something I do not like. So I went right to Cathy. The process was painless and easy. If she didn't have the answer she went and got it quickly. I am happy to have met her and look forward to purchasing another vehicle from her. The sales manager Charlie Browne was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had and helped me understand what I did not. Easy to work with and makes things very clear and concise. It was a pleasure working with him. I look forward to doing so again. Both of these people were very personable, professional and made the car buying experience that much better. We came in an hour before closing, with five of our children and we were on the road in less than 2 The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We came in an hour before closing, with five of our children and we were on the road in less than 2 hours. Our sales associate Cathy McCarthey was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. She even watched our children in order for my husband and I to select our truck and finish paperwork. Charlie Browne and Dustin Hicks also worked extremely hard to ensure a fast and smooth experience. The staff remained an hour after closing to get the deal finished. And no corners were cut because we still left with a washed vehicle and a full tank of gas! I highly recommend this dealership and we will be doing business with them again. Dustin was great to work with in finance, he understood that I did not want to listen to all the normal talk with financing as I am in the finance business. My only downside was it took too long for a finance manager to get with, I had to wait far more long then I wanted too. However, I will say that mean they were busy selling to other customers so that is not a bad thing. Overall very good experience. More
