Outstanding service every time. The customer service is above and beyond and I never feel taken advantage of or like they are trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I called in the morning time with an ongoing issue that I was guaranteed was fixed the last time I was there, when speaking with the service manager it was made out to be my fault until I told her that I had was guaranteed was fixed the last time I was there, when speaking with the service manager it was made out to be my fault until I told her that I had all of my service records. She then stated that she would take a look on her side and get back with me shortly. The next day I was contacted by the service manager stating that she could not refund me anything but could replace a $20 part at not cost to me and that that would be the next step in the process of troubleshooting the issue. I dropped my truck off at 11 and had to contact the dealership at 3pm to see if it was ready yet when I was then informed that the 'paperwork was just dropped on her desk'. I checked out and left. More

Caty was awesome. Only issue I had with the dealership is it took two weeks to get my car repaired and delivered back to me. Part of the issue was it was over the Chr Only issue I had with the dealership is it took two weeks to get my car repaired and delivered back to me. Part of the issue was it was over the Christmas holiday and I’m told they were short staffed so that certainly contributed to the delay. More
