My husband and I had been searching for a Dodge Durango for months. One showed up in Abilene at Holm Auto, marked as “Just Arrived”. Since it was new on the lot, there were only two photos of the exterior. for months. One showed up in Abilene at Holm Auto, marked as “Just Arrived”. Since it was new on the lot, there were only two photos of the exterior. The exterior matched what we wanted, but we wanted to know if our other “boxes” had been checked with this particular vehicle. We called first thing Monday to find out more info on the Durango. We were put in contact with Caysen. Caysen quickly snapped additional photos of the vehicle and sent them our way. We made the drive that afternoon to see it in person. Since the vehicle had just arrived, it hadn’t been detailed yet (which we knew driving out). Caysen hosed it down before we arrived, so we could get a better look at the vehicle. We took it for a test drive. When we got back from the test drive Caysen checked in with us. My husband and I wanted time to discuss things privately, so we could make a decision. Caysen went inside and gave us all the time we needed to talk things through privately. When we were done discussing privately, we went back in to talk everything over with Caysen. We made a change of plans and were considering trading in our other vehicle that we hadn’t driven out. The dealership agreed to hold the Durango for us until Saturday. In the meantime, they sent us paperwork to get a ballpark quote on the trade. They detailed the Durango and fixed the items we requested be taken care of before we’d purchase. Throughout the entire process, Caysen was easy to communicate with and always provided a quick response. We never felt pressured or hassled! Caysen even took the time to check in with us a few days after the purchase to make sure everything was going well! I’d highly recommend Caysen and Holm Auto!! Also, Jed in finance HILARIOUS and wonderful to work with! More
