A simple service mistake led to me calling and asking them to correct their mistake, as my car was driving noticeably worse than when I brought it in. I was refused, and was told there was a minimum diag them to correct their mistake, as my car was driving noticeably worse than when I brought it in. I was refused, and was told there was a minimum diagnostic fee. So I went to a different dealer, who told me it took about 5 min to find the problem, and about 5 min to fix it. To top it off, I wasn't charged anything. This was several months ago, and to date, these guys have lost about $4,600 in service on all my vehicles, including 2 Volkswagens and a new (to me) pickup truck. This was AFTER they tried to charge me HUGE for what another service department said was "simply unnecessary" rotor turning to get rid of surface rust on a vehicle that had been sitting for a bit. Double-check and verify EVERYTHING with these people. R.M. More

Here’s the story. Went in for my complimentary oil change. My husband bought an N line Veloster. While he was picking up his car, I saw the Hyundai Santa Cruz. I fell instantly in love and test drove it in the spot. An hour later, I had traded in my 2021 Hyundai Elantra for this amazing vehicle. We got the price we wanted, excellent trade in, and signed the papers within the hour. Chris was so so much fun to work with. He truly believes in the Hyundai product and he is a very honest salesperson. I have never felt comfortable with sales people until Chris. This is our 4th Hyundai purchase from Central Hyundai in a little over a year. We love the warranty, but mostly we love all of the wonderful people at this dealership. Brian and Ed in service make service enjoyable. Tyler negotiated with us to get us at the price point we were comfortable with. Peter in finance knows what we want and works well with us.
