Vehicle in for factory recall. Had to wait 3/4 of an hour before service rep reached me. Unacceptable wait. FAR TOO LONG! To their credit, dealer provided a loaner vehicle. I had a bad experience. It took weeks to get an appointment. I was left standing in line for a full half hour (no chairs or benches). They tried to sell me on more work. Th It took weeks to get an appointment. I was left standing in line for a full half hour (no chairs or benches). They tried to sell me on more work. They told me they’d call at 2 pm and didn’t. I had to call twice. The car wasn’t ready u til nearly 5. We hit rush hour traffic. While I paid the guy told me he had tried to call me to authorize changing the cabin air filter but hadn’t. Then I waited for another ten minutes while he found my car. All in all a very bad experience. I won’t be back. More
