I just had the best vehicle buying experience of my life... at Heiser Chevrolet West Bend. I had concerns/worries... I was stressing the process of turning in my old leased SUV. I wasn't sure what life... at Heiser Chevrolet West Bend. I had concerns/worries... I was stressing the process of turning in my old leased SUV. I wasn't sure what the penalties/costs were going to be. I was skeptical about trying out a new vehicle manufacturer/dealership. With the friendly help of Rafy Rivera and Cesar Nunez... the seamless and stress-free transition out of one vehicle into a brand new Chevy Truck for me was 100% Red Carpet treatment. Friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, Covid-minded safety, eager, not pushy one bit, and all-around outstanding service. Even Bryan, with all the final paperwork. Way beyond our expectations. I am looking forward to my first routine maintenance visit; heard great reviews about their Service Department too. Happy to call Heiser my new Dealer!!! More
