The entire experience of buying from Heiser was excellent. Being from out of state, most of discussions were over the phone. Cesar Nunez was more than accommodating with any pictures that I request excellent. Being from out of state, most of discussions were over the phone. Cesar Nunez was more than accommodating with any pictures that I requested and was very quick to respond. The truck was exactly as pictured and as described. He was very helpful throughout the entire buying process. Steven in sales kept everything moving smoothly once I arrived. I would rate 10 stars if I could. The customer service at Heiser is second to none. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and given the chance, would make the 6 hour drive again. More
