Poor customer service I went to the dealership on 10/19/14 with the intention of purchasing a used vehicle. I spoke with a nice gentlemen in sales and we started the process. In the end I was shown a 2008 Nissan Altima and agreed to see what the terms would be like. The payments were a bit higher than I was comfortable with and the APR was high, but since my credit isn't great I reluctantly agreed. The problem started when the sales manager (I don't remember his name) came with a very loud-in-your-face type of attitude. He seemed bothered by the fact that I was surprised with the interest rate. After I said ok and he left we continued. I entered the finance office and was immediately given the upsale talk (extended warranty, etc) basically trying the raise the payments about a $100. This didn't bother me as much as when the sales manager came in and his first words were "WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?!?!" with a smug attitude and began to tell me why I am wrong. I then asked the finance guy if I am under any contract with the car or bank, which he said no. Next I grabbed my papers and walked out. I will NEVER recommend this place to any family or friends. I felt disrespected in front of my mom and daughter. Positive light: two days later I went to another dealer down the street. It was a complete different story, I felt respected. I purchased a 2013 car with warranty that had half the miles with a lower interest and lower payments. Thank you Hendrick Honda, because of your rude manager, I went elsewhere and got a way better deal!!!!!!! More

In addition to that, I just visited Coral Springs Honda and was greatly disappointed at what they were willing to do for me. They made it seem as if I was their priority but the numbers don't lie...and there's was down right insulting. But then I went to Hendrick Honda in Pompano Beach. Preston Williams worked with me so that I drove away in my new Accord, with way more than quoted for my old Civic, and my payments at a comfortable place. Preston made sure I left happy. The team worked together to make sure my pockets were happy! He was extremely patient and he explained the process step by step. Overall, it was a great experience. More

My fifth Honda purchase at this dealership in last 30 years. Although they did not participate in the used car program at Costco, when I had told the initial contact person that I had purchased a new Ac years. Although they did not participate in the used car program at Costco, when I had told the initial contact person that I had purchased a new Accord through Costco, she immediately offed to honor my Costco card. So I went up a bit on my price and found the perfect car on line that night. Next day I test drove it with Mansur Khawaja, a man of few words, While we were driving he talked quietly to inform me of all new technologies, safety features and the improvements Honda has implemented since I had bought the last Accord. I was very impressed of his knowledge and gentleness. Mansur did not push to "just to sell me a car", when I informed him that I will not be able to purchase the car until Saturday, he did not patronize me. I really appreciated that. So I bought the car and I was not an easy sale.I had done lots of research; I had a price In mind. Cezar was tough but he was fair and the price was really great Next I worked with Ned, he was an excellent problem solver and kind. Finally, Mansur Khawaja walked me to new car and programmed the IPhone into Bluetooth. He was informative and gentle, no high pressure....Really enjoyed buying a car from him.... I worked with both Nick and Cezar recently when I purchased a used honda accord from this dealership. They were both respectful, helpful and overall genuinely good people. From all of my experiences with other Honda dealers in the area, I believe this dealership was the best. Everyone was friendly and didn't push us too much like the other dealerships, instead they let us take our own time to make decisions. ON 02/22 my wife and I purchased a Honda Civic. The car didn't have the backseat head rest and my sales person told he would give me a call when I could go by and pick it up. Since it is a Honda dealership didn't have the backseat head rest and my sales person told he would give me a call when I could go by and pick it up. Since it is a Honda dealership I didn't this would be a problem. Today is 04/16 and I never received any calls from anyone. I decided to go by the dealer and ask for the head rest and found out that my sales person (Frank) doesn't work there anymore. Ceazar was the person working as sales manager and his words to me was. Frank doesn't work for us anymore, you must be crazy thinking I'm going to give you something if you don't have it in writing. BIG MISTAKE PURCHASING A HONDA, I SHOULD NEVER LEFT TOYTOTA! More

When we first entered the dealership and asked to talk to Cesar, we were turned over to a trainee who really was not ready to deal with prospective customers. We sat for over an hour before Al Bruno took ov Cesar, we were turned over to a trainee who really was not ready to deal with prospective customers. We sat for over an hour before Al Bruno took over the discussion. At that time everything changed. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and cooperative. We feel we got the car we wanted at a very good price. Our only complaint is that the process took an extremely long time. We were there from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, a lot longer than was necessary. Al Bruno went out of his way to explain all the new technology on the car and even came to our home to program our car with our garage opener. We would recommend the dealership to our friends and definitely recommend that they ask to deal with Al Bruno. Roz and Ralph Bright More
