At first I was a little scared with the reviews I read. I have dealt with Gwinnett Honda in the past and they are part of Hendricks Automotive. I bought a few cars in my day and I own an Acura Rl now for perspective. I was dreading the F&I nightmare that I have come across in the past. I have dealt with pushy salesman, hard asses, many different types of personalities in the car business. We tried to purchase a car from Pompano Honda. We test drove with them. Unfortunately, we didn't come to an agreement on price. But I will add this review for insight for anyone looking for good service and a friendly car shopping experience. At no time did I feel overly pressured. I felt everyone we dealt with was up front and honest with us. Overall, All 3 guys were very professional and kept in excellent contact throughout the entire process. My wife and I would gladly send any friends or family over to Pompano Honda to the 3 employees mentioned above. It was one of our best shopping experiences even though we didn't purchase the vehicle from this dealer. I felt that the experience itself really showed me that this dealer has turned it around since changing hands to Hendricks Automotive. I can definitely tell the difference of the overall experience. And to me, that makes or breaks the fun of buying a car. I hope this explanation helps someone find the right people to deal with in this area. I highly suggest Dave Reeve, Dave Emmer or Cezar. More
