Parents were looking to buy a used Honda that was advertised online under $14k. On the walk around of the car they found a child’s sock in the back seat and the previous owners registration in the gl advertised online under $14k. Car was not thoroughly cleaned despite it being slow and also in the middle of a pandemic. Salesperson seemed disinterested in selling a car. Used Car GM came in a t shirt said he left insulted by our offer (we did try and low ball him) and said it didn’t matter anyways because they were raising the price anyways and refused to offer the car at the listed price. Went and bought another car elsewhere. Unprofessional. I do not know if it was a bad day they were having but a person in charge (I don’t care to remember what his name is) should have better command over his emotions. He said he was offended and so I would like to apologize to him for hurting his feelings. More

I went in looking for a Certified Pre-owned car, found what I wanted. negotiated the price, and finally, after 2 visits and almost 4 hours got into the Finance Office to finalize and pay CASH. At this time I was told I had no warranty. What? I specifically asked for a "Certified PreOwned car," I said. The salesperson, who is the victim of a sleazy management team, was forced by his manager, Cesar, to slyly remove the warranty, which took care of the amount we negotiated down to the price I agreed on. Shame on you all! You could have had a happy customer and a great deal, but instead chose to take the low road. No integrity. So sad. Everyone I know will know. And by the way, calling me the"mean and scary lady" even in jest, doesn't cut it. Nor does calling me "Dear" in your typical condescending way towards women buyers. Makes car buying even worse than you think it's going to be! I'll make sure not one friend I know buys anything from them. More
