I'm soooooo HAPPY AND FULL OF JOY with my new car. The salesman Richard Nickerson got me right for good. I told Rich what I wanted and I got what I wanted. I've filed bankruptcy in the past. We bought a palisade and although we had a little hiccup during the process, this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. After meeting the general manager, it was quickly evident why this dealership is full of such wonderful people...Casey was wonderful. I came in to him upset and he went above and beyond to make things right. They had a driver go out of state to get my new palisade and were in constant contact with me, updating me on when it would get to them for me to pick up. Another Michael did the delivery of my palisade and did a very thorough walk thru which we appreciated. So far we are loving our new palisade and would recommend this dealership to anyone. My dad just retired from General Motors and has never bought anything non-GM but even he (after hearing my experience with this dealership) says he’d look at Hyundai next because of how well they treated me. I can’t recommend them enough! More
