I’ After seeing a brown metallic (yes, BROWN) Volvo wagon (yes, VOLVO WAGON) cruise past me on 370 a couple days ago, I kind of had to pinch myself. I’m not a car guy, I’m not a wagon guy, I’m not an import/European car guy, and I DEFINATELY am not a Volvo guy...so I thought. I popped out to Gorges Volvo to drive the V90CC that I saw on the road thinking it would be a total letdown compared to how cool it looked while in motion and boy was I wrong. I can honestly say that it was the most elegant interior I have ever seen and about the best riding and handling non-sports car I have ever driven. Aaron knew everything there was to know about the product and I was astonished to hear that he was a “new employee” to the Volvo line. I was even impressed by their website which I admittedly scoured before deciding to make the trip out from Ralston...such awesome photos!!! Kudos to the website crew! The GM, Joe, even came out to shake my hand to make sure I was being well taken care of. Fully expecting him to try to close me or sell me on the brand, he instead quite professionally thanked me for coming out and gave me his card and personal cell phone number and asked me to call him if I ever needed any help. I drove back home thinking that I had just left a truly professional place of business, and not just another car dealership. An absolute first after leaving a car dealership!! More

Outstanding! First and foremost, I am not normally a Volvo fan. Normally I wouldn't have went here. I'm glad I did. I found a gently used truck for the right price and meet Gary and Chad. I normally also dread buying a car, as often is the case, you end up spending the entire day having the sales associate go back and forth to get a price for a vehicle. Then paper work etc. That's what I'm used to. I meet Gary (that's Captain Gary Shockley-thank you for your service!), who was pretty new to Gorges. I didn't know that until later on because he didn't act like someone who was new to the job. He was great! And I felt no pressure to buy anything. Then I meet Chad who is one of the sales managers. Instantly think I'm being traded as I've often had bad experiences. Again. Not the case. Chad was very transparent on the truck and we made a handshake, the three of us, in less than 30 minutes. I was floored! Chad and Gary said that is how they do things! They held the vehicle until I could come in to sign papers. I was able to come in, sign papers over lunch and be on my way. Hope it should be done. Their loyalty program is outstanding Great group. Hope to come back again! You guys are fantastic! More

From the first appointment to the last where I picked up my new car (that I absolutely love!!), the sales staff and managers were friendly, knowledgeable, and very clearly listened to what I wanted (and didn’t want). There was zero pushing for added benefits - once I said I didn’t want a specific feature, it was left alone, which, in my experience, is extremely rare when purchasing a car. I picked up my car on Friday morning and then had a very minor issue on Sunday evening around 6 pm. I texted Mike and expected a response Monday morning, but instead I received a call back about 3 minutes later. Absolutely amazing service. I’d recommend Gorges Volvo to everyone. More
