The finance department is dishonest, unethical and lacks the ability to process paperwork properly. They have made this experience stressful and time consuming. We had to restructure our original sale the ability to process paperwork properly. They have made this experience stressful and time consuming. We had to restructure our original sales contract because despite declining a warranty and service agreement, Chad snuck it in. He was supposed to send the updated paperwork to ICCU, but failed to do his job and submitted the original sales contract. Now we're dealing with this yet again. In addition, my email was inputted incorrectly for the Ikon Connect that Corwin installs on all of their vehicles, adding $400 to the sales price. Apparently nobody within their organization has the ability to make the necessary correction. 100% frustration and disappointment with Corwin. So sorry we decided to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. If Chad is your finance guy, I suggest requesting someone else. Better yet, I wholeheartedly suggest a different dealership. More

WARNING to all potential buyers at Corwin Ford of Napa. My wife and I who are seniors recently traded in our 2024 bronco sport that we just loved. It had all the bells and whistles. It did not have adapt My wife and I who are seniors recently traded in our 2024 bronco sport that we just loved. It had all the bells and whistles. It did not have adaptive cruise control so we decided to trade it in on a full-size bronco that would have this feature. We made it a point to tell the salesman that that was the only reason we were trading this 2024 bronco in. The salesman showed us a full-size bronco that had all the things that we wanted. We test drove it and decided that’s what we wanted but my wife did not like the color so he told us he had one in a different color that was acceptable. He told us it had everything we asked for so we sat down and made a deal at his table. It came with the trailer hitch. It was not installed prior to the sale however was included on the invoice apparently. We left it there for a couple of days so that he could put this trailer hitch on and we could pick it up. They called and advised us that our new bronco was ready for pick up with the trailer hitch on. We were very excited. We went down to pick up our vehicle when the hitch was on and they had it pulled up on the side of the building. I went out and looked at it and was confused because there was something that was missing between the front and rear wheels that was black. Not knowing what it was, we found out it was a rock guard. Also, noticing that it had different tires than the one we drove, and I asked the salesman about that. The salesman assured us that the tires had not been changed on (this vehicle) and I was confused again. He handed us the keys and a little computer stick, and said very proudly that we don’t use paper anymore. The salesman told us to take it home because it had all the things that we wanted on it so we hesitantly agreed. After we got home, we noticed there were more features missing Including the adaptive cruise control. this was the only reason we traded in our 2024 bronco. I was extremely upset, We drove our bronco back to the dealership where we were handed off to the sales manager. He told us he could only give us a trade-in value at that point because we have driven it home which is about 30 miles +30 miles back. He offered me a trade-in value, not a return. It was going to cost many thousands of dollars to trade vehicles at that point so we ended up having to keep it. Very unhappy and very dissatisfied. We have a new vehicle that is one step above the (base model). It is definitely not the one we drove in a different color. The whole transaction was very shady. They left us no choice but to keep this new vehicle with no adaptive cruise control or any extra features that we can figure out over the base model. This was a very dissatisfactory transaction. More

I went to Corwin Ford to purchase a used Tesla Long Range (330 mile range) for my daily commute (138 miles). It had just sold before I arrived. They turned me to a 2022 Ford Mach E. They said it had a simila (330 mile range) for my daily commute (138 miles). It had just sold before I arrived. They turned me to a 2022 Ford Mach E. They said it had a similar range and would work just fine. They told my wife it had a better range than the Tesla. Well, it wasn't the case. I wasn't able to test drive it for 138 miles, and it had a low battery, so I trusted them. They delivered it to me with it on empty, so I charged it myself and saw it was nowhere near the range of the Tesla. I drove it the next day, and was unable to make it my entire distance needed without having to charge...something I wanted to avoid in the first place. I called the finance manager, Chad Cindell the next day, and he told me to just charge it beyond 80% which isn't recommended. I tried it and was able to make the drive at 2am without any traffic which is unrealistic. It left me with a few miles. Zero room for any winter temperatures. I told him the next day that it was not going to work, and had it been the extended range battery, it would be better. He left the room and said he would cancel the deal unless it had funded. He got on his computer and told me that it had in fact funded and he couldn't do anything about it. The next day I spoke with ICCU, and they informed me the deal had not funded. I went back to Chad Cindell and discussed my issue, and he showed me his computer where it said ICCU had received the documents. That does not mean the deal had funded. Then he said, "well in Idaho there's no cooling off period so, yeah." This was some of the worst business I have ever dealt with. They could have cancelled the deal. I'm a repeat customer there, well, was. I work with about 1,200 employees, and I am making sure that everybody hears the story. If you want to buy a Ford, go to another Ford dealership in the Treasure Valley. The salesman was alright, nice kid. He didn't know better. I understand contracts fully, but I also understand doing the right thing and I took Corwin's word on the quality. Huge mistake. Never happening again. I will be sure to post this review across every platform I can too, including corporate. Snakes. More
