Satisfied with every aspect of this sale. We were greeted by a very friendly, but not pushy, salesman. He asked about our needs and showed us the vehicle he thought would fit those needs. THEY GOT ME TWICE I WENT IN TWO DIFFRENT TIMES AND BOTH TIMES WAS TOLD TO BRING IN AN AMOUNT FOR A DOWN PAYMENT AND BOTH TIMES I SHOWED UP THEY WANTED MORE. Don't overestimate the knowledge of a black woman! It was a very messy situation....from me needing a co-signer, my trade-in getting repo off their lot because they didn't pay off the vehicle on time, It was a very messy situation....from me needing a co-signer, my trade-in getting repo off their lot because they didn't pay off the vehicle on time, asking me to put $1500.00 down, and dealing with rude xxx employees and when they saw the wrath of me, they wanna play victim and say "I have an attitude" , it was all fun and games until I hired an attorney! I still got the car, did not put anything down and will never buy another car with them, I will go to Hudiburg...funny story is I have talked to employees from other dealerships and they said that they heard "horror" stories from David Stanley..... Very unorganized This dealer refused to sell me the vehicle at the online price unless I used their financing. I allowed them to run my credit and secure financing to get the better price. After I was approved I informed them that I would be travelling almost six hours that coming weekend to get the car. The night before I was to leave they called me and said that the vehicle had been sold. I would have sent money down if I had known that they would sell it out from underneath me. The salesman did not even know that the car had been moved to another lot until the night before I was to come get it. I purchased a different vehicle for the online price at another dealer with my own financing with no problems. Do not buy from this dealer. More

The GM - Chad is very accommodating, he went out of his way to honor an old deal (although the rebates had expired) after our SUV was totaled. The Sorento really saved our lives, so we went back to purchase the same make/model. The whole process took a couple of hours, no haggling, no drama, no tactics. Please ask for Maiko in Internet Sales, she is wonderful and you will not regret working with her - very prompt with communication, and she actually cares about your needs and not pushing to close a sale. Overall, we are very happy with our experience at David Stanley and would be glad to come back for our next purchase. Kia for life :) More

Purchased my 2nd Kia I was so pleased with the Kia Optima Turbo that I purchased in 2013 that I decided to buy a new one but wanted to upgrade to a luxury addition. I had such a bad experience with another Kia Dealer so I thought I would try David Stanley Kia. I worked with Emma and she made it the best experience possible. She patiently worked with me for over a month to find the car I was looking for. She made sure I not only got the car I wanted, but made sure I was completely satisfied with the deal. The salesmanager, Chad, took the extra time to make sure the deal worked out to be exactly where I wanted it to be. No haggling. I appreciated that. More
