I've been in the auto business since I was born. My father had a lot in Springfield until he passed. I was never one to want to go to school, Ialways wanted to be at the dealership with my Dad.. From my fathers lot I went into the new car business right out of high school. After 12 years on the new car side I got into the wholesale side of the business.. What I love about my job is the ability to help guide my clients through the purchase of their next new vehicle with ease and confidence and the hopes of not just selling the vehicle but making a friend and client for life.

Harlan was great to work with, not pushy, but helpful and knowledgeable. He did a great job of working with me through the process. I was somewhat disappointed in the dealership when they informed me that knowledgeable. He did a great job of working with me through the process. I was somewhat disappointed in the dealership when they informed me that my backup camera and turn signal light were not covered under my warranty, when we knew that the signal light was out on the day I purchased the vehicle, and the backup camera stopped working on the evening that I purchased the vehicle. I’ve already ordered the replacement camera $69.00 on Amazon and I’ll just dig in and figure out the intermittent turn signal problem. All in all a good overall experience, but if you’re buying a vehicle here, get an agreement as to what they are going to fix and I’d get it in writing. More
