Ken was friendly, accommodating, and made our experience seamless! I appreciated his consistent communication and excellent customer service!! When we arrived to pick up our vehicle Ken took extra time to e seamless! I appreciated his consistent communication and excellent customer service!! When we arrived to pick up our vehicle Ken took extra time to explain all the new features as well as assist in installing a phone app. He was patient with answering all my questions and made our experience easy and enjoyable. Chad was helpful in securing the vehicle we wanted and also communicated what his plans were in obtaining the vehicle we desired. Dan assisted us with turning our lease in and answering questions before we arrived All the staff we interacted with was great, the facility was clean, and employees practiced safe health standards. Thank you all! We will return! More
