I had to wait a week for my car to be ready so they gave me a relatively new Range Rover Sport loaner for the week. For what it's worth, I feel like they are tough (yet reasonable) on price but they want you to be happy with the overall quality of the experience. For them, it's all about repeat business. You never know what to expect from a car dealership, but it was 100% positive from my perspective. It was a pleasure working with Ahmed and the whole team. I highly recommend Greater Chicago Motors.
