Nine years at Nash and still loving it! My aim is to take such good care of my customers that when they are ready for another vehicle they will always come back to me. Prior to working at Nash Chevrolet I was a minister for 8 years. In order to be close to family, I accepted this work with Nash Chevrolet, but I am still active in my congregation. My wife and I have two beautiful daughters, whose pictures are proudly displayed at my desk.

Attentive, Considerate Service I started my recent car search at Nash. I was not certain which car I wanted or even if it would be a Chevrolet. From the moment I pulled up (in my Fo I started my recent car search at Nash. I was not certain which car I wanted or even if it would be a Chevrolet. From the moment I pulled up (in my Ford pickup), I was treated with respect and not pressured to buy anything. I planned to stop by for 30 minutes but stayed three hours, testing five different vehicles. Afterward, I visited several other dealerships (including three further Chevrolet dealerships) before deciding on what I wanted. I went so far as to start an order at a dealership closer to home but ended up going back to Nash to place my custom order. I was carefully guided through the process, with all options and details fully explained. I even learned about a discount available to me that no other Chevy dealer had bothered to mention. I left fully informed and confident that I would get exactly what I wanted and for a reasonable price. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, my original salesperson was unavailable but another stepped in and did a remarkable job. I saw him deal with a previous client with respect and humor. Other staff members remembered me and treated me as more than simply a widget to be processed. I was given as much time as I wanted to learn about my new car and inspect everything that I wanted; I also was introduced to the service and parts staff. As it turns out, a one-day incentive came available and it was applied to my sale even though I picked up the car the next day. After dealing with a wide range of vehicles and dealership types, I am glad I went back to Nash. It was a painless, friendly, and thoroughly transparent experience. More
