I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to give credit to Chad and the team at Jenkins Honda of Leesburg for making my car-buying experience much better than I expected. I purchased a used 2021 credit to Chad and the team at Jenkins Honda of Leesburg for making my car-buying experience much better than I expected. I purchased a used 2021 Mazda CX-5 Touring from them, and Chad was excellent from start to finish. Before I ever came to the dealership, he was the only salesperson I dealt with during my search who actually answered all of my questions, provided the information I asked for, verified my concerns, and gave me clear pricing without giving me the runaround. When I asked about the price, he re-quoted it at a better number, and all fees were disclosed up front. The final out-the-door price matched what I had been told, with no surprise charges. I was paying cash, and there was absolutely no pressure to finance, no pushy sales tactics, and no attempt to upsell me on things I didn’t want. The whole experience was relaxed, friendly, and straightforward. Chad was very easy to deal with, and everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I was also pleasantly surprised that they included powertrain coverage on the Mazda even though Jenkins is a Honda dealership. On top of that, they washed the car and filled the gas tank before I left, leaving with a full tank was a nice extra touch. The CX-5 has been great so far, and I’m very happy with the purchase. I was honestly dreading having to go through the dealership buying process, but Chad and the Jenkins Honda of Leesburg staff made it a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend asking for Chad if you’re shopping for a vehicle. More
