He took all the time we needed to have our questions answered and showed us a number of cars. No pressure. Just a very informative and helpful visit. A few days later, we made an appointment to talk to Faraz regarding a trade-in and purchase. Although the exact vehicle we wanted wasn't on the lot, we were assured that they would get it delivered to us. The negotiations were friendly and easy to communicate with. A deal was reached.
