Hands down the best car dealership we have ever walked into! From the minute we walked through the door and met Jake (salesman), we knew we were off to a great start. Jake listened to every detail of what we were looking for and found it in another state and brought it to us…only to find out we fell in love with that vehicle AND another vehicle on the lot in the meantime. The manager, Chad, let us take the car home as he clearly knew we were conflicted and it is exactly what we needed in order to make up our minds. Jake was soooo friendly, helpful and courteous. Chad was also so caring and helpful. Then we met Jimmy in finance and he was the quickest finance guy around and one of the nicest. Everyone went above and beyond our expectations! I was traveling on the interstate when a hot engine light came on. We hobbled into Pearl Chrysler. The service we received was amazing from the time we pulled in until we left. The van needed a new radiator. Blayne was incredible doing everything possible to get us back on the road. He secured a radiator and the technician Dillon stayed late to do the repair. Claude and James provided assistance. They all went beyond mt highest expectations! We were two seniors with three dogs. Everyone was so gracious. Making sure we were comfortable. Always keeping us informed. I cannot express how incredible their service and they’re graciousness They will always have my gratitude!! More
