Hands down the best car dealership we have ever walked into! From the minute we walked through the door and met Jake (salesman), we knew we were off to a great start. The manager, Chad, let us take the car home as he clearly knew we were conflicted and it is exactly what we needed in order to make up our minds. Jake was soooo friendly, helpful and courteous. I was traveling on the interstate when a hot engine light came on. We hobbled into Pearl Chrysler. The service we received was amazing from the time we pulled in until we left. The van needed a new radiator. Blayne was incredible doing everything possible to get us back on the road. He secured a radiator and the technician Dillon stayed late to do the repair. Claude and James provided assistance. They all went beyond mt highest expectations! We were two seniors with three dogs. Everyone was so gracious. Making sure we were comfortable.
