I'm sorry William that you are having this wobble issue on your brand New Ram 2500. The Ball Joints are perfectly tight and are not moving. Warranty is not going to pay to replace something that is not broke. It could be because of the 3" After Market Lift Kit that you added to the truck. We even tried helping you by inspecting the Lift kit you added and we could not find anything loose. I wish we could just replace things when a Customer asks but when you are asking a warranty company to pay for it then it has to be loose or broke. If you want to pay for it then we can replace them right away.

I have explained to you that when we have a Vehicle going through service because we have no clue what we are going to spend on making sure the car is right to sell to someone. Once the vehicle gets done and we have it detailed and pictured then we will adjust the price to what it should be.
