I recently wrote a review concerning this dealership, it was not a very good one , but I stated at the very start I would change it if the problem was resolved. It most certainly was ,and in a very timely was not a very good one , but I stated at the very start I would change it if the problem was resolved. It most certainly was ,and in a very timely manner I will add. It seemed that we got one of the very last 300S made and unfortunately there were no heated steering wheels available to put into the car. That in no way was the falt of the dealership, and even with that being said the people at Pearl stepped up made sure o understood what had happened and took care of me and my wife with such great professionalism and caring staff. I wouldn't ho anywhere else!!!! More

I worked with salesperson Nick Wagner to buy my car. Saying he's great is an understatement. He answered every question I had, was amazing with occupying my toddler while we did all the paperwork. Through out my whole experience from the first call to the end when I drove off with my new Ram pick up, Nick was really courteous and professional. I know that going car purchasing takes a long time and sometimes it feels forever when trying to negotiate and close a deal, but I can say me and my wife enjoyed it because we got to know Nick. I'm a detail-oriented individual, and Nick was really understanding and met all needs. During my visit, Nick shared with us that he was a veteran, and I want to thank Nick for all his help in vehicle purchasing experience and the most important thing thank you for your service. I also want to thank Jim Skidmore he made the finance and easy experience and enjoyed having conversation with him. I visited the service department a fwlew days after my service to have some minor concerns taken care of and Ken Cousins was awesome, he made my service experience awesome. More
