Through out my whole experience from the first call to the end when I drove off with my new Ram pick up, Nick was really courteous and professional. I know that going car purchasing takes a long time and sometimes it feels forever when trying to negotiate and close a deal, but I can say me and my wife enjoyed it because we got to know Nick. I'm a detail-oriented individual, and Nick was really understanding and met all needs. During my visit, Nick shared with us that he was a veteran, and I want to thank Nick for all his help in vehicle purchasing experience and the most important thing thank you for your service. I also want to thank Jim Skidmore he made the finance and easy experience and enjoyed having conversation with him. I visited the service department a fwlew days after my service to have some minor concerns taken care of and Ken Cousins was awesome, he made my service experience awesome. More

This has been one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. I live in Texas and when I found this online I called up and spoke with Sean. He was honest about everything. He gave me my trade value over the phone. It wasn’t the highest offer but it was fair. To be honest the customer service more than made up for the trade value. Their wasn’t much back and forth because I don’t have time for that, they gave me their best offer, I gave them mine and we met in the middle. Put 500$ down but told them I wouldn’t be able to drive up for a week and a half. They said no problem, and had my back overnight a check for the total. Sean kept in constant contact until the morning I arrived. Walked in the dealership at 9am, truck was detailed, ready to go on the showroom floor. Took about 10 mins to complete the rest of the paperwork and my trade in. Met the GSM Chad and the Finance Officer Jimmy. Both were really nice and super helpful. Actually had some good deals on the extended warranty but no pressure to buy that day. I told them I drove all the way too then because they do not charge over MSRP for their allocated vehicles. Dealerships here in Austin were charging over 10k markups. Everyone told me that the owner doesn’t believe in that and that she takes care of anyone who comes to buy a vehicle. I thought that was great to hear that people still think like that. It’s the whole reason I got rid of my Ford after owning 3 Raptors. I was out of the dealership within 30 mins and back on the road for a 16hr trip back. During the night I realized I left my work credentials in a side pocket of my trade in. Text Sean he found it immediately and overnighted it back to me in Texas. I offered to pay because it was my mistake but he declined and took care of it. Top notch people and operation here, everyone is on top of it and working together. I can’t say enough good things about everyone I met here that day. Even the front desk lady had my deposit refund check ready to go. Thank you. More
