They did a great job locating my future Escape without pushing me into a more expensive more loaded model. Honesty is what I found in dealing with City Ford. Okay - could've been better We came in specifically to buy an F-150 listed online. Admittedly, we did not have an appointment, but were greeted promptly and friendly. Sales had a difficult time tracking down the vehicle, but once they did, we were able to immediately drive it and confirm we wanted it. This was a simple cash buy - and this is where I think things could've gone better. For one, Chad repeatedly asked us if we wanted to take the truck home that day...it was a question that was repeated and seemed unnecessary, as we made it very clear we were there to write a check and drive off. Secondly, the amount of time it took to get paperwork together for such an easy transaction seemed very excessive. It was "just a few minutes" multiple times, and when we finally got to the finance office, the paperwork wasn't quite right, so much of it had to be reprinted. Overall, we got the truck we wanted for a fair price. Everyone was courteous. I have nothing negative to say - but do think we could've spent a lot less time for such an easy sale. More

It was great We found the Ford F 150 on auto trader. E mailed City Ford and Chad got back with us the next day. We called to make appointment t look at truck. C-Max Energi I was very pleased with my experience at City Ford. They worked to find us the right vehicle, equipped the way we wanted and within our budget. My onl I was very pleased with my experience at City Ford. They worked to find us the right vehicle, equipped the way we wanted and within our budget. My only concern was that they generated a boilerplate email that led us to believe that they had a C-Max Energi on the lot that we could test drive. We drove 25 miles to the dealership only to find that they didn't have one at the time. This was disappointing. More
