He showed me options that I wasn't originally looking at based on what features I wanted and I ended up in a car I absolutely love, that I wouldn't have looked at without his recommendation. He also went over all the features in detail after I completed the purchase to make sure I knew how to properly operate all the new features, in addition to introducing me to the service team that I'll utilize in the future for maintenance. I ran into a few hiccups during my purchase, and Randy took them in stride and never made me feel rushed or forced to act. Overall it was a great experience, and I'll definitely work with Randy on my next purchase and recommend him to anyone looking for an Audi. Additionally, Chad Narcum from the service team and Troy from finance were also great to work with during this purchase. Happy to have a car from a great group of people. More

Joe Goas, Chad and Charlie all provided great service under what were extraordinary circumstances. My daughter Sasha was driving our Q5 thru NE Pennsylvania when the engine broke down. By Monday morning Joe Goas got involved in coordinating with me, communicating with Audi North America to get Audi headquarters engaged. Joe was in frequent touch and ultimately helped to get the car shipped back to Audi Bethesda - our Audi dealer these past 10 years. Extremely responsive and responsible from beginning to end. More
