After dropping my car off in the morning, I was promised an update later that day. By 4:45 PM, I still hadn't heard a word and had to call them myself. While this visit was slightly less stressful than my first 'nightmare' experience, the service consistently underdelivers. I would not recommend this location for vehicle service. The location seems to be focusing on clients waiting there and not giving a single dime about those who drop off vehicles. More

Bottom line is the house always wins in car sales, so you've got to be really careful. I don't place this on the individual salesman. He did a great job. The decision to be a little cloudy about the negotiation is clearly a dealership practice. More
