Without much notice, I gave a Chad a heads up that I would be driving up from Columbus GA to test drive the car and even though it was close to the end of his day (and with family in town waiting for him to come home) he met me and took me through the entire process. He’s passionate about his brand and it’s legacy and with his technical service back ground he made the purchase decision a no brainer for me. He is truly an awesome guy, with a great attitude! 2. Every inquiry we made was returned promptly, and with Courtesy. 3. When an inquiry was simple, and could be answered quickly...I got a text. When it was more complicated, he picked up the phone and called me, and then followed up by email if needed. Never, not in one instance was it an inconvenience or a "bother". 4. We needed information to make an educated decision, we got it from Chad every time. I get the feeling that Chad knows these cars inside out and backwards with his eyes closed...which I have to tell you is very comforting as a buyer! 5. He is passionate about these cars, but more importantly, he is passionate about helping people and it truly shows in the way that he dealt with us. It is so refreshing to meet someone that cares about others and not JUST to make a car sale, but to listen and respond with a smile regardless of the outcome. He knew from the beginning that there was a pretty remote possibility of us buying from him due to location, and another dealership being much closer, yet he proceeded and responded, and persisted, with a smile on his face, every time. He REALLY earned the business with his amazing attitude! 6. Once we were engaged and committed to buying, Chad made the whole process simple and efficient. We were driving in from out of State, so we wanted to make a quick turnaround, and get back home...he did everything possible to speed the process. From having the car detailed and ready to go on arrival, to lining up the finance folks to get us "processed", we were met with smiles and efficiency. We did not have to lift a finger, he had everyone informed and prepared for us ahead of time. 7. Chad took my wife Joelle through every aspect of that car. He was patient and thorough, and he even helped us load up our stuff from our trade in, and get us back on the road. Chad is amazing! We cannot say enough to express what a great job he did. It isn't every day that you buy a Porsche, and the car buying experience for us has never been so smooth. This entire experience with Chad and Porsche Atlanta Perimeter was TOP NOTCH. I had the BEST customer experience EVER at Jim Ellis Porche! You may ask yourself, " why? What happened?" I had traveled to the dealership on a Saturday to purchase a Panamera I found on Cargurus online. Steven, the internet sales mgr, introduced me to Chad Pierce. Chad Pierce and I viewed the inventory. Unfortunately, the car was sold Friday evening. I was was crushed and discouraged. Chad was a real trooper and earned my business. He immediately began showing me alternative cars that may have interested me. His expertise, knowledge, and professionalism won me over! Not to mention we drove several cars. We traveled offsite to various locations to find the right car for me. I found the Panamera of my dreams... white exterior with Luxor and black interior. Not only did he help me find the right car for me, I was highly impressed with his love for Porches and his knowledge and attention to detail explaining the car's features and functionality. His background as a technician showed in his attention to detail about the car. In closing, I highly recommend Chad and his internet team as a sure way to find and purchase your next or first Porche.
