Exceptional Sales person, sales manager and credit manage. Put it bluntly this place was a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure sales. Only complaint was no cookies but under the circumstance I would agree with management to hold the goodies till after this virus has gone away. My salesman Alix did a really great job of explaining my options on the vehicle that I wanted. He was knowledgeable and did not play games with pricing. He also made sure I had a loaner car and dealt with E options on the vehicle that I wanted. He was knowledgeable and did not play games with pricing. He also made sure I had a loaner car and dealt with Enterprise for me to return my rental. I came away with the knowledge that I trusted him and will certainly give a him a shot when my lease is up in three years. I was please with the overall experience with this dealership. More

Well it only took 20 years to finally to be in a position to but my dream car. Heather was awesome she was very patient with me. It took me a little longer to decide between two vehicles Chad was very patie to but my dream car. Heather was awesome she was very patient with me. It took me a little longer to decide between two vehicles Chad was very patient as well going over each document and answering all my questions. Heather then helped us with setting up the car for us. That is the only reason for not giving her a 10. More

Do not let this salesman help you. During the time I was buying the car, the salesperson was very attentive. After the sale and the day the car was delivered so quickly, I found out th During the time I was buying the car, the salesperson was very attentive. After the sale and the day the car was delivered so quickly, I found out the reason why. The car salesman tossed the key at me. He thrust into my hand a wadded up $10.00 bill. The salesperson said he didn’t have a chance to fill up the car w/gas nor did he have the opportunity to get the interior vacuumed or get the car washed. ARE YOU KIDDING! Why did I not follow up sooner you ask. Well, two days later I was diagnosed w/pneumonia and spent five days in the hospital. I decided to let this whole fiasco go but sharing my experience brings it all back. What would I say about the salesperson, SCOTT. I would never allow him to help me again nor would I purchase a vehicle from Luther Cadillac again. More
