Exceptional customer service from Alix and Greg I am a previous "Wally" customer and now a Luther customer. My previous CT 4 lease expired in November. A lot of changes within the company and wi I am a previous "Wally" customer and now a Luther customer. My previous CT 4 lease expired in November. A lot of changes within the company and with Cadillac were in front of me. As a business owner, I was able to feel a sense of comfort in knowing that the exceptional customer service from Alix & Greg. They were there to "hand hold" and take care of my car needs so I didn't need to think about it- I could keep my focus on my business. Quite honestly, last October when it was time to work on a new lease, it appeared as though options for my taste were being limited. I informed the team that my loyalty at this point was for them than it was to Cadillac/GM.. we ordered a vehicle & then the strike... I extended my lease 2 times as we waited for the new vehicle and the new leasing programs. I was hopeful that we would see "loyalty" incentives or different options available... Unfortunately (for me) the new program was disappointing. Alix and Greg were instrumental and very reassuring that they were doing what they could on my behalf. It is ONLY because of them that I have now exchanged vehicles with Luther Cadillac.. I am sure a lot of unnecessary drama occurred on my part as I am very open- passionate with expressing my thoughts- they dealt with it/me in a way that was truly amazing. I am grateful to them. More

Fantastic service although it was kind of disappoint that the dealership could not cover a 400$ difference for my purchase. Especially since I told them what my original price was and they still went over it the dealership could not cover a 400$ difference for my purchase. Problem with indicator ligh The indicator light for low washer fluid kept coming on and off even though the fluid was full. Even though a problem could not be pinpointed and new The indicator light for low washer fluid kept coming on and off even though the fluid was full. Even though a problem could not be pinpointed and new light was installed. The service people were friendly and kept me advised as to what was going to be done. A new loner car was waiting for me when I arrived. The problem was fix wit9n the time frame given. My car was washed and ready to go on time. More

So friendly, easy to buy a car. My husband was just looking at cars on line and heather jumped in and could give him no reason for him not to buy a car. We weren’t all that serious. She was not pushy, which I don’t like, but was always there to answer our concerns. It was a pleasant experience. Everyone was so nice. They didn’t push us to buy any specific plans .we can come home and think about the various things offered. I appreciated her setting up all my control options. That would have taken us forever.
