I loved my last RAV4 that was totaled and had a short window to replace it. I could not find a replacement in Fort Collins and texted other dealerships. There was a blue one listed on your website and I texted the dealership about it Sunday and made an appointment to see it Monday morning. When I arrived Monday morning, that car had been sold to another dealership and was not available. It felt deceptive. There was a silver hybrid on the lot that I purchased. During financing, I had 25,000 coming from the insurance settlement. The payments were set up through Bank of America at just under $800 a month. I made it clear I could not afford that payment but as I understood how it was explained, the 25,000 would cover the first few years of payments so I had time to find other arrangements. That was not true. The 25,000 counted for the first payment and the bank wants their $757 next week. It feels like the dealership wasn't totally honest which is now really putting me in a bind. While I was there everyone was friendly and I thought helpful, just not so sure now. Also have a question about why I got an email from your dealership about getting a carfax report on the new car I purchased??? More

I actually had a good experience buying a used car. I left feeling like I didn’t overpay. I’m in my 50’s and that’s the first time I’ve felt like that. I worked with Morgan and Chad.
