Shady business practices. Once we negotiated and agree to a price, they set an appointment for finalizing the transaction on the following day, and they said they'd "have everything ready" to complete our transaction. At that appointment, they had me sign all of the paperwork, including the title transfer from me to them, and only after that did they say, "you'll get your check in 7-10 days". On day #8 I reached out to the salesperson by phone (had to leave a voice message) and by email, but received no response. Day #9...same thing. Day #10...same thing...no response to any of my multiple emails and voice messages. So I went to the dealership in person to ask for my check and they said it would take another 2 weeks, which is ridiculous. Then they said it usually takes a month for them to get a check written. After some further pointed discussion, they agreed to send someone to Denver to get my check and that they'd have it for me by noon the next day. No contact from them by 1 PM that next day, so I again had to call them multiple times. Over 2 hours, and 2 more calls later, they finally said they had my check. I went back to the dealership to pick it up and discovered it was dated 7 days prior! Clearly, they had my check the whole time and were intentionally misleading me and delaying payment. I would highly caution anyone from using this dealership for any transaction, as they are deceptive and untrustworthy! More

I am 85 and my wife is also we related the problem in getting in and out of the car as it much higher than our Grandsons forerunner his had 16 inch tires and this one has 18 inch tires. The solution that getting in and out of the car as it much higher than our Grandsons forerunner his had 16 inch tires and this one has 18 inch tires. The solution that was presented was not acceptable. We have researched and found adding the extended running board should be the solution. The one we have selected can be purchased from Amazon for a cost of $249.00 dollars plus the cost to install. As we are leaving to return to Lake Havasu City, Az on the 8th of February and the unit is not available we will order when we get back to Arizona. We will be returning to Cololardo in late spring as we have purchased a home in Greeley. A proper solution would be for McDonald to pay for the at least the cost of the new Running Board. More

A little mix up thinking the truck was available to look at and test drive but found out it was in Denver. The dealership had the truck brought up from Denver to the Greeley dealership for me to test drive. at and test drive but found out it was in Denver. The only issue was when I picked up the truck to drive it home, gas was less than 1/4 tank. I had to stop and get gas on my drive home. More
