I brought my car in for front end problems, tire install and oil change. The front strut bearing was defective. I have Zurich comprehensive vehicle coverage plan, so the bearing repair was covered. Chad han and oil change. The front strut bearing was defective. I have Zurich comprehensive vehicle coverage plan, so the bearing repair was covered. Chad handled everything perfectly. He convinced Zurich to replace the whole strut tower, not just the bearing, cover the alignment and arranged a rental car for me so I could go back to work. I would also like to give shout out to Bill M, the mechanic. He did a excellent job with the repair. The car feels 1000 times better than it did before. More
